With our automated warehouse conveniently located nearby we have instant insight in parts availability. If in stock we can proceed very quickly. Our system is set up in such a way that we can process the order, pack and have goods dispatched within 2 hours after receipt notification.
Furthermore, our warehouse has a separate section for parts in transit (T1– status) to seagoing vessel with VAT– import duties exemptions.
Upon demand any packaging requirement can be met. Often time is of the essence, rest assured we know how to arrange for proper and swift packaging of vital spare parts for your vessel.
Finally, the maritime industry does not allow for a 9:00 to 17:00 attitude. When things go wrong, no matter when, day or night, weekends or holidays we will make sure you receive the required parts and service.
